C. M. Rice, Ph.D., CRH, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Rice is the owner of the clinic, and a licensed, clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. He has specialties in the addictions, including sex addictions, personality disorders, and the chronically mentally ill. He was extensively trained in cognitive behavior therapy, (CBT), at Washington State University, where he obtained his doctorate, and Harvard Medical School where he was the first post-doctoral fellow in behavioral psychology.

He also was a certified school psychologist. He continues to evaluate children for learning, and behavioral problems. He is certified in forensics and is a fellow of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists, and Psycho-diagnosticians. He is also a Certified Rational Hypnotherapist. He is certified by the U.S. government to do evaluations for veterans.

Board-Certified Extended Provider under Dr. Rice

Earning his Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) as well as a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Morgan Press joins Living Hope Clinic with a strong focus on relationship-based therapy, including couples counseling, marital therapy, and dating/relationship development. He works with individuals and couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create more stable, fulfilling relationships.

Dr. Press utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy (CBFT), and Gestalt Therapy. His work emphasizes direct communication, emotional awareness, accountability, and practical skill-building to support lasting relational change.

Dr Phyllis McKinley graduated from Alliant International University/California School of Professional Psychology with her Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. She has her Psy.D. Dr McKinley has experience with ADHD, ASD, anxiety disorders, depression, addictions, and PTSD. She works with children, families, and adults. She incorporates mindfulness meditation in her work with anxiety disorders.

She works with adults, parents and children with executive functioning struggles. She is currently serving as a service extender under Dr Rice’s supervision.

Dr. Senethavilay does neuro-cognitive evaluations and psychological testing for the intellectually disabled and those with learning and other disabilities for Living Hope Clinic as a Service Extender under the supervision of Dr. Rice.
