The professionals at Living Hope Clinic are excited to offer Case Management and Community Based Rehabilitation Services.
With experienced case managers on staff to coordinate services and advocate for those who are not able to advocate for themselves, Living Hope Clinic can ensure an individual is receiving the support they need.
Case Management services assist adults and children who need an advocate and who have limited ability to arrange services for themselves. This program facilitates anyone who has a mental illnesses or health issues in obtaining the basic services required to live as independently as possible.
Case Management Services Include:

- Filling out various forms and paperwork for services
- Housing and financial services
- Vocational or educational resources
- Social and interpersonal supports
- Heath and medical supports
Community Based Rehabilitation Services include:

Mrs. Binsacca volunteers often with her church’s youth ministry consulting and mentoring students who attend. She continuously advocates and connects the students to others and their community.
Before Living Hope Clinic, Mrs. Binsacca worked with homeless children and families by providing information and services through the Boise Rescue Mission. She is passionate about encouraging and helping individuals and families achieve their goals in overall health.
Mr. Harms has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Provider. He has many years of experience working with the chronically mentally ill and individuals from a number of cultures and backgrounds. Mr. Harms has been a psychosocial rehabilitation / community based rehabilitation provider and case manager throughout the Treasure Valley for the last 9 years.
